If your are at this web site, it's safe to say that you are and animal lover! there is no doubt that your heart goes out to all of the homeless animals that reside in shelters everywhere. unfortunately, it's simply not possible for one person to give them all a loving home. But, you can make a positive difference on a daily basis by becoming a Tri-Boro Animal Welfare Guardian Angel.

  • What is a Guardian Angel?

    By sponsoring a cat cage or dog kennel, Guardian Angels provide funds that care for the animal residing in that particular cage or kennel. And, since we work hard to find all our shelter pets new homes as quickly as possible, you may help several animals during your sponsorship period.

    To honor your Guardian Angel status, we will place a display card on your sponsored cat cage or dog kennel, which designates you as that pet's personal Guardian Angel. Or, if you'd prefer, you can sponsor a cage/kennel in memory of a beloved pet – it's your choice. Additionally, you will be recognized on our Web site where there is the potential for thousands of visitors to see that you – or your sponsoring business – make a positive contribution when it comes to compassion and caring for homeless animals.

    As a Guardian Angel, you'll provide the funds that enable Tri-Boro to provide the "extras" for our shelter pets; extras such as special medical care, dog and cat toys, special food treats, and much more. While "things" don't ever take the place of a loving human, they can make life in the shelter just a little bit brighter.

    Tri-Boro Animal Welfare Guardian Angel sponsorship is limited by the total number of cat cages and dog kennels. To ensure that as many of those who wish to participate have the opportunity to do so, Tri-Boro Animal Welfare Guardian Angel sponsorships are available in three-month increments. A three-month Guardian Angel sponsorship is only $50.00 and is tax-deductible.
